Send an authorized request. Get a Seal.

You already know the transaction. Execute sends it to the approved customer-controlled runner and returns VERIFIED, HALTED, or RECONCILIATION_REQUIRED.

Copilot and Power Automate can keep clicking. Ask them to emit a Seal.

Local unsigned replay is free. Production success without a Seal is failure. Oracle tiers 0 and 1 never mint a Seal.

Acceptance is not success. The terminal delivery is a Seal. Verify it at /seals/[id]. Writes advertise requires_seal: true.
